At VOLATILE, we prioritize speed and security to get your gear to you as fast as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a notification email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Domestic Shipping (Poland):

    • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days.

    • Standard Rate: [e.g. 15 PLN / Free over 300 PLN].

  • International Shipping (EU):

    • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.

    • Standard Rate: [e.g. 15 EUR].

  • Worldwide Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days depending on location.

3. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • VOLATILE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Delivery Issues

  • Wrong Address: We are not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. Please double-check your details at checkout.

  • Damaged Packages: If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.

6. Unclaimed Packages

  • If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or the address was incorrect, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
