Wrong Address: We are not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. Please double-check your details at checkout.

Damaged Packages: If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.
6. Unclaimed Packages
