At VOLATILE, we stand by our quality. If your gear doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ve got you covered.
1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your items.

After 30 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unworn and unwashed (no perfume, makeup stains, or signs of wear).

All original tags attached.

In its original packaging (if possible).
3. How to Return

Notify us: Send an email to euvolatile@gmail.com with your Order Number and "Return Request" in the subject line.

Pack it up: Include the return form or a note with your order details inside the package.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10–14 business days.
5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a flawed product, email us immediately at euvolatile@gmail.com with photos of the defect. We will sort it out at no extra cost to you.
