RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At VOLATILE, we stand by our quality. If your gear doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ve got you covered.

1. 30-Day Return Window

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your items.

  • After 30 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn and unwashed (no perfume, makeup stains, or signs of wear).

  • All original tags attached.

  • In its original packaging (if possible).

3. How to Return

  1. Notify us: Send an email to euvolatile@gmail.com with your Order Number and "Return Request" in the subject line.

  2. Pack it up: Include the return form or a note with your order details inside the package.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10–14 business days.

5. Exchanges

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you received a flawed product, email us immediately at euvolatile@gmail.com with photos of the defect. We will sort it out at no extra cost to you.
